Guy Yuen -
President and CEO
Mr. Yuen has
worked in the semiconductor
industry for 30 years and founded Arowana Technology. He has held
director and senior management positions in design, yield and product
engineering
for several public and start-up semiconductor companies. His designs and
those
of design teams he led have generated over a billion dollars of
revenue.
These product
designs were remarkably
successful at being quickly introduced into production and generating
revenue.
They include Flash, EEprom, Programmable logic, and Programmable analog
semiconductor products, using a variety of Flash cell, EEprom cell,
CMOS,
Bipolar, and fuse technologies. He is curently an MRAM Design Consultant since 2006. Mr. Yuen
received a Bachelor of Science
degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois at
Urbana-
Champaign, and he holds multiple circuit design and non-volatile memory
array patents.

Tyler - Senior Vice President,
Professional Services
Mr. Tyler has
been a software engineer
for 35 years holding technical lead and management positions in the
architecture,
design, and development of software products. He has worked in a
variety of industries including telecommunications, education,
hospitality,
electric utility, and direct marketing.
Mr. Tyler has
had consistent success
in delivering complex software quickly within tight deadlines. He has
successfully
implemented business and technical solutions using a variety of
technologies,
languages, and databases. His products include a C
compiler,
software to reload nuclear reactors, fault-tolerant real-time database
management system, automated facilities scheduling system, and a
comprehensive
corporate data warehouse.
Mr. Tyler also
held positions as
a systems analyst and a database administrator. He has
encountered
and solved many problems that included fault-tolerance, performance,
and
data integrity issues.
Mr. Tyler
received a Master of Science
degree in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb,
Illinois.
